Book Collector

Great bookstore that's so intimate and cozy. Even though their children's section is small, I found some really special books for my daughter....the old books that reminded me of the ones I grew up with - and you can't beat the prices! The owner Rachel and her family are lovely and very helpful.

Great bookstore, they have an eclectic array of books, especially those hard to find ones, childhood favorites or underground classics. They have a little bit of everything, including many of the books big chain stores don't carry, and literally every inch of the store is covered in books. They also are tapped into the literary world of Sacramento, hosting poetry nights and book readings, including many local favorites! They are a great bookstore right in the heart of midtown.
