All Sorts of Things...

Yoga, Thanksgiving, Birthdays, Chanting and Teacher Training...and that just the last couple of days!

My birthday landed on Thanksgiving so I had much introspection on my past year and how much I have grown and prospered. In the last year I became a new mom and started working with Deep. I have been given many lessons in both patience and commitment and what good can come from those things. I feel truely blessed.

Our free Thanksgiving Kundalini Yoga Class was a lot of fun! Christi
